The Midwest Trailblazers’ mission is
to inspire hope and change lives through education, sports, and mentoring.
VISION
The Trailblazers continues to evolve into one of the most dynamic youth development programs by investing in youth over time, and offering programs that ensure that Trailblazer graduates will be:

Physically healthy, with the knowledge and ability to avoid teenage pregnancy and parenthood, stay physically fit and practice proper nutrition;

High school graduates who matriculate to college;

Work ready, with the basic knowledge and skills to find and maintain a job;

Good teammates, friends and family members, cultivating positive peer and adult relationships;

Confident, competent and compassionate members in caring, social, and cohesive communities; and

Active citizens, who participate in the social and political life of their communities.
